This policy describes the data collected through this site, its purpose, retention and your rights. It follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We apply the principle of minimisation: only the data necessary to your request is collected.
- Signup form: first name, last name, email, phone, date of birth, company (optional), site to audit, preferred plan, message (optional).
- Contact form: name, email, subject, message.
- Technical data: an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address (never the IP in clear) and your browser, solely to prevent abuse.
3. Purposes
- Respond to your audit request or message.
- Prepare a suitable commercial proposal.
- Keep the site secure (anti-abuse, anti-spam).
We use no advertising tracker, no third-party analytics cookie. The only cookie set is a technical anti-CSRF cookie, strictly necessary for the forms to work.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent (explicit checkbox) and our legitimate interest in securing the service and answering requests.
5. Retention
TO ADJUST Requests are kept for the duration of the commercial process then archived or deleted. Indicatively: prospection data kept 3 years after the last contact, technical anti-abuse fingerprints a few months at most.
6. Recipients
Your data is processed by our services only. It is never sold, rented or shared for advertising. No transfer outside the European Union is made without appropriate safeguards.
7. Security
Data is stored securely. The site applies defence in depth: parameterised SQL queries, anti-CSRF protection, hardened security headers, rate limiting, and no external resources. See our Security page.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object and to data portability. To exercise them, email contact@sauronsec.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
9. Changes
This policy may evolve. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page.
